The employees of Bronson & Bratton, in an effort to improve our organization, facilitate communication, give direction and establish purpose, have developed the following Corporate Mission Statement and Corporate Constitution.  The Mission Statement defines what

we do. The Constitution defines how we do it. 

 

Mission Statement:

To identify or anticipate our customers’ unsolved problems and solve them by: 

• Applying better materials, higher quality components, or improved methods for tooling and wear applications, or 

• Providing a turnkey source of supply for tools that are difficult to manufacture or require a broad range of capabilities, capacity or knowledge.

• Developing and supplying improved manufacturing processes.

 

For a solution to be successful it must be of high quality, delivered on time and result in a satisfied customer. 

Constitution:

In all interactions, both internal and external, honesty and integrity are expected, the Golden Rule* is our guide, and we are aware that

trust is only given to the trustworthy.  In our efforts to be trustworthy we will:

• Forgive each other. 

• Acknowledge each other’s value without overestimating our own. 

• Use our God-given talents effectively by working to the best of our ability. 

• Continuously pursue improvement in our processes, products and service to others. 

• Listen and talk, think and act, teach and learn, and lead and follow in good faith. 

 

*The Golden Rule is Jesus’ summation of the law.  It can be found in Matthew 7:12 or Luke 6:31, which states:  “And as you wish that

men would do to you, do so to them.”
